What is a Prompt Slinger?
A Prompt Slinger is our term for someone who crafts and manages AI prompts. Like the spell-slingers of fantasy lore, our Prompt Slingers are masters of their craft, using carefully worded prompts to achieve specific outcomes with AI.
How does the waitlist system work?
We're rolling out access in three stages: Founding Testers, Founding Members, and General Public. When you join the waitlist, you'll receive an email when your gate (access period) opens. We're taking this measured approach to ensure the best possible experience for all guild members.
Can I organize prompts for different AI platforms?
Yes! The Grand Archive (our prompt management system) supports prompts for various AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, and others. You can categorize* and tag prompts based on their intended platform, making it easy to find the right prompt for the right familiar.
What features are included in the platform?
PromptGuild.ai includes the Grand Archive (prompt organization system), the Guild Hall* (collaboration space), the Enchanter's Workbench* (version control for your prompts). Our feature set grows as we gather feedback from our founding members.
How does the Enchanter's Workbench* (prompt version control) work?
Think of it as tracking the evolution of your spells. Each time you modify a prompt, we maintain a record of the changes. You can see the history of your prompt's development, compare versions, and easily revert to previous versions if needed.
Can I share my prompts with others?
Unfortunately, not at this time. This is our goal. Like sharing pages from your spellbook, you can share individual prompts or entire collections with other guild members. You control the privacy settings, deciding whether to share with specific individuals, your entire organization, or the broader guild community.
Is there a limit to how many prompts I can store?
Current access is unlimited during our founding period. We believe in letting our early members help us understand typical usage patterns before establishing any limits.
